Returns policy
a. Regular returns (non-personalized items):
(A) In case of shipments damaged in transit, please retain all damaged materials and original packaging for inspection by the shipper. Contact us by e-mail. and we will let you know how to proceed with a claim. Once a claim has been filed and we have had notification from the shipper, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
(B) If an item is defective, please contact us by e-mail. If we require the item to be returned to us, you will be reimbursed for the shipping fee.
(C) If you accidentally ordered something you didn't want, you can return it within 3 days for full credit (excluding shipping and handling) towards anything else we offer. If you want a refund there is a 10% re-stocking fee. This offer applies only to items still in original condition and in their original packaging. Other items would be handled at our discretion.
Note: we must have the product before
any credits can be issued! HOWEVER, YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS.
b. Personalized bookplate returns
We will accept returns for credit if your personalized bookplates arrive damaged (SAVE THE PACKAGING - DO NOT DISCARD!!!), if we've misspelled names, used the wrong font or bookplate design (unless you approved this in the confirmation e-mail exchange), or for lettering that is positioned incorrectly. Bookplates must be returned, and we will refund ONLY for the amount returned (that is, if you return five bookplates from a 48 piece order, you'll receive a refund for the five bookplates only.)
If the bookplates didn't meet your expectations, we will issue credit for the amount of the bookplate, tax if applied and customization. We cannot refund shipping and handling charges. The bookplates must be returned via regular postal mail before we will issue your refund.
E-mail us for instructions within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will send you a returns approval number and instructions.
